We have a house full of #rescue animals. 2 dogs (a husky and a husky/lab/Shepard beautiful girlthat came from a high kill shelter in the states) a turtle that is native to Australia and needs a lot of work for tank warming and maintenance and of course - misty, our rescue cat for the humane society of Guelph..... who always likes to lie on my chest to go to bed after my kids are asleep. Oh And a dragon (who isn’t a rescue but is still loved and walks around our house on our backs like a pirate parrot) the dogs are killing my food budget! #lovealllife#respectallanimals#bekind
Today we are spotlighting Young Living's Brand Ambassador Mitch Seavey! His favorite YL product is NingXia Red (he also gives this to his dogs daily). Mitch started racing in 1982 has ran well over 100+ races with 23 of those being Iditarod races. He won the Iditarod in 2004, 2013 and 201, and is currently preparing for the 2018 Iditarod!
The rebuild Nepal project touches a cord with Mitch as he lived through the largest earthquake in north America (Alaska) when he was only 4 years old. Several families lost everything in this earthquake. Mitch still remembers the complete devastation he witnessed and the sadness he felt to this day. He also resonates with the Rebuild Nepal project in his world of dog sled racing as he races across rural areas, very tough terrain and witnesses many people whom live in smalls villages struggling with very little.
To show his support, Mitch is Donating 10% of this years Iditarod winnings to the rebuild Nepal project. He really appreciates Gary and his giving heart. Without him we would not have had an opportunity to be a part of this incredible company and all the wonderful things they do for others.
Thank you Mitch! Find out more about our Rebuild Nepal campaign, visit our website!
Over the last few years as my idea of success has changed so vastly, I can truly testify to the fact that the relationships I've made with people over the last few years are WAY BEYOND any of the "stuff" I've acquired over the same time frame. And the beautiful thing is that these wonderful relationships are forever. They don't come with an upgrade, or a newer model, or a warranty. They wont wear out or break when dropped. The relationships I have with people are genuine, real, and forever. For me, that is MUCH more rewarding than having "all the things". These people, my tribe, are worth more to my heart than 100 grand. #bekind#gettoknowpeople#meditate#lovepeopleusethings#bepresent#fierceheart#bethelight
