There’s this man who walks around the Pearl District in the dark hours of the morning wearing rain gear (year-round!) and carrying a shovel. He stands on the corner, waiting for the light to change even when there’s not a car in sight... he’s scary, and we call him “I Know What You Did Last Summer.” Anyone know what’s up with this guy? #urbanmyth#pearldistrict#iknowwhatyoudidlastsummer#peopleofportland

My third year for @artwalklittleindia with ‘One Dark Night: Urban Legends & Lore’.
This year’s theme is Urban Myth and I’m looking forward to telling some stories from urban legends- inspired by Verena Tay’s short stories and Elancharan Gunasekaran’s poems. @elancharan
Storytelling in an old shophouse right up close to me, no mics, some floor seating and some chairs. I’ve always been fascinated by old spaces and small spaces - and this shophouse must have been home to an extended family or a group of people who all had stories they shared, perhaps at the end of the day.
How often we walk pass buildings and rarely look up to contemplate what took place upstairs...
Does burying the stones/pits in your guaca stop it going brown? https://suestyle.com/2018/01/18/guacamole-the-green-and-the-brown-of-it/

Named after the #urbanmyth of people illegally distilling #gin in their homes during the gin epidemic, @ableforths Bathtub gin is distilled with no botanicals. #Cardamom, #cloves, #cinnamon and #orange peel are left to soak in the spirit after distillation.
To enhance the #flavor of this gin, our bartenders recommend garnishing with orange peel or #cucumber and mixing with @franklinandsons #GingerAle due to its clean and light heat.
