Hollowback has actually not been part of my practice for a while, I've been taking it gently on my back because of some pain in my shoulders and mid-back. working retail is all kinds of stressful, I'm really wanting to not do it for much longer.

I completed my 2nd 108 class today for the welcoming of the Winter Solstice next week. 216 forward folds, 108 chaturangas... All of it felt incredible. Detoxing. My flows in sync with all the others in the class, breathe as one.
It warmed me all the way up and was a wonderful separation from the cold outside.
